Each bedroom has a private bathroom, TV, fridge and balcony. Guests have at their disposal a 4×6 meter swimming pool, a sunny summer kitchen, secure parking spaces and a spacious yard with a garden. The ground floor is suitable for disabled people. Close to the facility (1 km) there is the famous FKK Nugal beach which access is only accessible on foot. Near the house there are also all major supermarkets (Lidl, Kaufland, Konzum) as well as gas stations and hospitals. The villa is suitable for larger groups of people, as well as for couples and families with children.
