We are opening the new season with numerous innovations.

 

What did we come up with again?

Hardly a winter goes by without hammering, drilling, tearing down walls and erecting new ones. Christian Thiery is indefatigable when it comes time to breathe new life into the castle, and the rest of the family pulls in, supports and brings in ideas.

What can our guests look forward to in 2019?

An old, very old vaulted cellar, which in the last decades served the storage of discarded furniture, was cleared out, adapted and connected to the restaurant. This wine cellar is thus made available to the guest, whether to choose one for the enjoyment at home perfect drop, whether to buy a glass of homemade apricot jame for granny or simply to marvel at just a beautiful, centuries-old vaulted cellar.

But that’s not enough. Also on this side of the earth’s surface we can boast of innovations. Not only that, we can count a new guest pampering masseuse to our staff, the already long-awaited renovation of the breakfast room – also called Rose Hall – became reality.

The good spirits in the castle never sleep and already dream of many other, larger and smaller conversions.
